Previews begin for Norah Ephron's LUCKY GUY with direction by George C. Wolfe and starring Tom Hanks.
LUCKY GUY: Tom Hanks makes his Broadway debut as the late controversial tabloid columnist Mike McAlary, which dramatizes the story of McAlary's meteoric rise, fall and rise again, ending with his coverage of the Abner Louima case for which he won the Pulitzer Prize, shortly before his untimely death on Christmas Day, 1998.
Stephen Tyrone Williams is featured as Abner Louima.
LUCKY GUY will play a limited engagement at the Broadhurst Theatre with an opening night on April 1, 2013. Previews begin March 1.
